An absolute Gem!!! I visit family in Lafayette from Houston every now and then, and this is my gi to coffee shop when in town. The coffee is delicious and the food is delicious as well. Also I usually pick up some souvenirs as well. Check out these ceramic people shaped planters I bought. ( plants sold separately) Highly recommend! See yall there.
I absolutely love this coffee shop! The drink portions are generous, and everything I've tried has been delicious. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always creating a welcoming vibe. It’s also one of the best places to work or study — not too crowded most of the time, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The environment is cozy and relaxed, perfect for focusing or just unwinding. Overall, a hidden gem I highly recommend!
Fun combination of coffee shop and store in an ample indoor cafe with plush seating, several tables, pretty decorations, and many plants. A great place to stop by just outside downtown Lafayette. They have a few parking lot. We saved by bringing our own reusable coffee cup.

Whenever I’m in a new town, the first thing I do is search for local coffee. Coffeeweed Cottage did not disappoint! Very friendly staff!! Great atmosphere, comfortable seating inside as well as tables/chairs scattered around the retail area. There’s also a fantastic, and large, outdoor patio with additional seating. The outdoor is also lined with plants! The “for here” lattes were large and perfect for this crisp morning! And the pastries were the usual fair and tasty! Sorry for the first photo as we were hungry and did not get the photo in time to capture the pastries.
I absolutely love coming here! Everyone is so nice and attentive! I feel at home every time I go! The coffee is amazing and so pretty too Coffeeweed Cottage is my exclusive go to place for coffee and relaxation; the music is amazing as well! This place is the definition of perfection!!
This is *the* coziest coffee spot. I just moved to the area, and my husband and I have already frequented here about 10x in the last 6 weeks! It's an amazing study spot with some magical ambiance. The staff here are incredible, and they remember your name, they are so warm and friendly. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Also, the food is wonderful, and the pistachio lattes are magic.
